A Taste of Art fall schedule begins September 15, 6pm with
Fall Harvest: A Seasonal Spread, lead by
Chef Beau Stephenson of Bin 73 Wine Bar.
Fall Harvest will get participants ready for cooking in cooler weather by exploring autumnal ingredients. The menu for this class features:
Thai chili dusted scallops
Acorn squash with ancho fritters
Petit filet with pumpkin risotto and wild lambsquarter
Mocha martinis and pound cake with sweet tomatillo glaze
Stephenson is a classically trained chef with a degree in culinary arts from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Upon gradation he completed an apprenticeship at the Ritz Carlton, Naples, Florida. Stephenson opened the original Mahogany Prime Steakhouse in Tulsa then returned to Oklahoma City and worked with various restaurants and as Executive Chef of Sonic before opening Bin 73 Wine Bar. He also owns De La Famille Catering.
