An Evening in Italy: Risotto, our next cooking class in the
A Taste of Art series. This class will feature a menu created around the Italian staple risotto.
With the guidance of Chef Eric, participants will learn new and innovative ways to create a meal around risotto. They will then sit down and enjoy their meals with wine.

The Italian Table: Family Style Cuisine on April 20. Details on this class will be posted as the date approaches.
