Availability & Conditions of Rental
[Artspace] at Untitled is available for event rentals offering two available areas: 2000 sq. ft. upstairs in a fully furnished, intimate loft space; and 8000 sq. ft. in our downstairs galleries. Availability and amount of useable space in the art gallery is subject to the exhibition and programming schedule. Because Untitled is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we do not rent the space for non-profit fundraising events by other parties. It is available primarily for receptions and corporate events, including business or board meetings, and cocktail parties. We do not make the space available for wedding ceremonies or photo shoots. No additional fees such as cover charges or mandatory contributions may be solicited by rentors.
Capacity for a seated dinner in the downstairs gallery space is (160) and the capacity for a cocktail party is (400). Capacity for seated dinners in the upper level loft space is (60) and the capacity for a cocktail party is (100). We have ten 60" round tables and ten 6' rectangular tables, black linens and 200 chairs available at no additional charge. A wireless PA system and podium are also available upon request. Parking in the neighborhood accommodates (300) vehicles. Both upper and lower levels have service access and there is service parking at the rear of the building.

Insurance
All rentors must supply proof of insurance against damage to the facility (either corporate or homeowners insurance is accepted). All caterers are required to supply proof of insurance stating that [Artspace] at Untitled is not responsible for any/all problems that might arise as a result of the services or products they provide. If alcohol is served, rentor (or caterer) must provide insurance and a liquor license and rentor must provide a security guard.
Rental Agreement & Fees
Evening Rentals:
Upstairs - $50 per person ($2,500 minimum required, not to exceed $4,000 maximum)
Downstairs - $35 per person ($2,500 minimum required, not to exceed $4,000 maximum)
Weekday Rentals (Tues - Fri, 9am - 5pm):
$350 - half day (not to exceed 4 hours), up to 30 people
$500 - full day (4 - 8 hours), up to 30 people
Add $50 to rates for events with 31 - 50 people
Call for rates for weekend daytime events.
Rentors must sign a contract requiring a 50% deposit at the time the rental is booked. A head count is to be provided by the rentor at the date the contract is signed to determine the amount of the deposit. The remainder of the rental fee is due one week prior to the event. A credit card number is required with the deposit. Should the number of persons increase at the time of the rental, an additional fee will be charged.
